Oceans Program Activity Tracking (OPAT) System OPAT is an interactive mapping and information system that provides details on Oceans Act Program Activities currently underway in each of Canada’s ocean environments directly supporting the delivery of Canada's Oceans Strategy. The system is designed to provide specific information on each program initiative such as their locations, objectives, partners, key contacts, pictures and supporting background documents. The system was developed and is maintained by Fisheries and Oceans Canada in collaboration with the Minerals and Metals Sector of Natural Resources Canada.
